Dear Honeybee Coffee Co Community…

We want to take a moment to address a situation that has affected many of our loyal customers. A former individual involved in our business sold $200 gift cards at a significant discount ($100) without our knowledge or consent. Unfortunately, we have not been able to recover the funds from these sales, and we understand the confusion and frustration this has caused.

First and foremost, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We know how important it is to be able to use your gift cards and trust the process, and we have been working to find the best solution.

After much deliberation, we’ve come to the decision that, despite not receiving any funds from these discounted gift card sales, we will still honor their value. We understand that both you and we have been put in a difficult position, and while this isn’t an easy solution, we believe it’s the right thing to do. Over the next week, we’ll be working to transfer the balances from these cards to new accounts, allowing you to use them in-store. We ask for your patience as we navigate this process.

Additionally, due to the complexity of this situation, we are no longer able to offer bagged coffee via the old account. Please visit us in-store for any bagged coffee purchases once the transfer has been completed.
